Introduction:

The David M. Neff Family Foundation is dedicated to my twin brother David. For many years I have been searching for a proper way to pay tribute to him and to provide needed support for other twins who have experienced twin loss.

In 2006, I began a project in Australia to bring together twinless twins from across the continent for a meeting to discuss ways to provide nation-wide support.  Out of this project came the first national network for twinless twins in Australia – Australian Twinless Twins.

After returning from Sydney in 2007, I approached my cousin Kristin and twin Kathy and Kelly to help me begin this work. It remains a work in-progess, but this will be completed.

Next Steps: In 2010, I will incorporate the Neff Family Foundation and begin setting out our charter with the help of Kathy, Kelly and Kristin. Stay tuned!

Twin Loss: Twin loss support is an area of need for all multiple birth families and the goal of this foundation is open up a new dialogue and provide additional support.
